Our Refund and exchange policy:

If the product is defective or damaged in transit, you may submit a return/exchange, within 3 days of delivery, for a full refund or an exchange of equal value. For the product to be refundable or exchangeable, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it and must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are not eligible for returns, if you are returning the product because it is damaged or defective or you have not received the product ordered, we will provide you with a prepaid return card. We cannot accept returns of orders damaged or lost in transit by post.

All items must be returned unused, unopened (product seals), otherwise we may not be able to accept them in their original packaging. Returns used, damaged or altered in any way are not eligible for return and may be sent to the customer, if you have used a product and are not completely satisfied, please contact us and one of our professionals will work with you to find the product you want. Product samples are not returnable.

After reading the refund policy above, please send us an email by going to the contact section at the bottom of the home page. In your email, please include your name, whether the product is damaged or defective, as well as your order number. We will then provide you with additional instructions on how to return your purchases.

Returned products must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt or it will not be returnable, after receiving and checking the returned product from you, you will receive an email to let you know that we have received the product and we will also notify you that the refund is approved or rejected, if approved it will be done Process your refund and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, usually within 10 to 45 business days.

Refunds:

  • Refund will be made onto the original mode of payment method and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank or as an Fragancia Perfume store credit.
  • All orders sent to a destination within the UAE will be subject to a refund of taxes.
  • Customs duties and sales taxes from orders placed outside the UAE are not refundable and these fees can be recovered by contacting your local customs office

Late or missing refunds (if any):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. If the funds are still not there, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially returned. The next step is to contact your bank. It often takes some time to work on getting the money back, if you have done all this and still not got your money back then contact us at info@fragancia.ae

Late return:

All returns must be returned within 3 days of the purchase being delivered

Gift returns:

If you receive an Fragancia Perfumes product as a gift, it may be exchanged for store credit as long as the product is returned unused, unopened and in its original packaging, the store credit will then be credited to your account for future purchases.
